"reliability trial to Wakefield Pk"

sounds like a great idea, but you guys will all laugh at me for going jap engine when i brake down and your a series keep plugging on :D

dont think we will be able to fit it in before xmas, maybe set a date for mid january??

Or even a drive night at eastern creek that oz will be doing soon, closer for everyone and if you brake down no probs getting it home, got my trailor here.

Yea, Like I'd get any points for THAT one !!

Every MDC Event.. a Bri11k problem.... except for 3 so far

J

James,
Just carry in boot (will not need...)
1-5/16" socket & bar
Splitpins
spare OIL!
Rad cap (the `right' one...)
Welch plugs
Rad hoses

If you get a problem it will be a new one!

I've got plenty of spares !!

Can you Braze ? or is Welding required ?

Cheers

Best is TIG weld.
2nd best is gasweld with steel filler.
Bit freakin' small to MIG weld, for me anyway. If you wanna try, come be my guest..
Stick weld... forget it.

The mesh is silver soldered on with low heat.

 Hey maybe I'll make a jig up!

I think we should start checking the January Dates for a Saturday run to Wakefield.

Brad as much as I would like to do the Eastern Creek thing I have decided that I really need to keep on my plan of getting the car ready to race in 2005 so I will need every cent I can get. Once the car is log booked I can do any of the full day practice days at EC which is probably a better option (even though I would love to chase a few ricers around the back section of EC).

If I can scrape together enough money for the roll cage the rest should be easy.

I also really want to get a set of performance Superlites 12" with the you beaut low prifile A 459 Yokies but that's another $1200.00 (yes I knw tempe tyres have em cheaper but the performance ones need no spacers and the Yokie 539s are a sensational tyre.

THe there is the control tyre for the IPRA formual A032R which you can only get for your 10" wheels and the list goes on - Shite I hate being broke.

Ok

Quick check of the hard drive can only find two pix. Ones and oldie and the other I'm not too happy with makes her look like she's got fat legs.

But for those new to the whole MDC thing Mrs Oz is the unnoficial mascot.

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum but i believe i have spoken to you guys before in some way or another. I was down at wakefield park a fair while ago and i believe i met you guys (Dr Mini ,13sec mini and James B) You were there for a track day having a great time. I believe the Briick had a few bearing problems after the event. I was also given advice by Kevin on the flywheel balancing issue in MM forum not long ago. I was just wondering if you guys were headed down to Wakefield park if i would be able to tag along. I have been there a couple of times since to test my car but it would be great to go down there and mingle with other minis and have a chat.

Cheers

Two quick questions.

What's the code to post a pic directly onto ofrum window rather than just posting a link?

Also, do you think Mrs 13 Sec and Mrs Oz would both squeeze onto the bonnet of a mini?
