Did you ever get an answer? I have got some with 211064 on them.
Are your 211063 short rubber (5/8") or long (1") ?

I figured out they were all from Deluxe/K applications, nothing special in them. But I did find that the depth of the displacers from behind didn't really help. They were all of mixed model origin, and of mixed manufacture as well. They simply show two different methods of displacer manufacture.
