It goes in the engine bay bulkhead behind master cylinders covers speedo hole etc

It doesn't look like the bulkhead lining in my Mk2, or Mk1. Mine has a cut out to skirt around the master cylinders, slots for the 2 hinges and speedo cable and side pieces to fit behind the windscreen wiper motor on one side and another plain bit to finish off on driver's side.
Is it a parcel shelf dash liner?
