YKG2S2/2759. Was the bonnet release external or internal? Among the collection of parts inherited with
this car there is a heavy duty flexible cable with a large knob and bracket which could have been used for internal release.

The Cooper S had an external bonnet release. An internal cable kit was available from the dealers.
