What front tapered roller bearings best to use timken or generic I do realise the will need setting up just seeing what doesn't flog out 2 weeks later

Timkens they're worth it.
Too much messing about with the cheap ones to get preload correct.

Checked an old Network bearing kit I have in the shed.
LM67014 is the outer,
LM67049A is the inner,
LM67049XA is the spacer,
Kit included 2 oil seals.

The current popular identity for the front wheel bearing kits is GHK1140. Not all suppliers are including Timken bearings. Make sure you read the fine print, or make a phone call before buying. Anything around $50 a set is not what you want.
