In the picture of the lower front corner of the rear window should there not be something to cover that rather unattractive metal work?. Also what are those 2 small holes for? This is on an aussie mk1 1275 cooper S.

I believe the holes are used for a hook to hold up the seatbelt buckle

That is how they normally are. The holes are for a clip to hold the seatbelt. Part number HYA2289

The holes aren't in this picture because it is a later mini.

The seals on my cars (3) do a much better job of covering that corner, one in particular is even better than the other two.

68 + 86 auto. What year is your mini as shown? The window seal looks a far better option than the one on mine. Any idea of the part number, please?

lol - it's a 65 year old car, that was made as cheaply as possible - they weren't made by Rolls Royce
