Hi, does anyone know anything about this style dash that came with my car but not fitted. I s it an accessory or home made.

They were factory fitted in the UK to the Riley Elf

They were also available aftermarket in the early days as the “Rokee” brand dash. They’ve probably been made by many companies since then

no, definitely not an Elf dashboard - a very quick google search shows that they were a lot different (much nicer)

The centre section of the Elf dashboard is supported by a structure attached to the firewall. It is unique to the Elf range.

It could be an aftermarket item as there were literally hundreds of different types made but it looks homemade to me. The lack of quality of the wood / finish seems domestic.

Thanks for the quick replies
Definitely not the elf dashboard.
I wondered if it is after market but someone has fitted homemade doors as it's vinyl covered
The woodgrain is quite good but suffers from age.
Should I bin it or would it be worth advertising for sale

I've got one of those and it was an aftermarket dash made in Melbourne, probably in the 80's.
Mine still has a sticker on the back of it for T&H Dashboard Designers 35 May Street Glenroy.
