Currently re-doing the front seats, and I was wondering if the seat covers are factory?

The Mini is a 69 Mini K

I doubt BMC would have used such a colourful pattern where it wouldn't be seen.
My mini K seats used an unbleached calico type of material, like the material backing along the sides of the seats in your photo.

Thanks. It appeared to be reasonably well done. There's foam sewn in various sections.
