anton mate thats orgasmic
i love it when cars come up shiny like that... especially when theyre from a state of not-so-good.

i found out ive been polishing... and polishing... and driving some more and polishing some more.

little did i know that you had to PROTECT the paint!!!
so ive been cutting up my paint for the last 7months and havent been protecting (ie waxing).

thanks to 68delux and his link (thanks mate) i went out to get the right materials and Meguires Liquid Wax and did it right.
its nice and clean and i dont want to drive it out anywhere now
maybe to makkas place to check out his new ride

mmmmmmmm shiney...

Well done! looks awesome!

Yeah Matic, all you need is a bit of wax now and then, i do it every 2 weeks or so after a wash. Every 3-6 months do the full treatment, cut, polish, wax.

From what I can see, the AutoGlym Super Resin Polish has an additive that sets on your duco, to protect it. But I would still use some wax, say the Meguiars, for full protection. Costs about $30 - $35, but well worth it I would say.
