 Post subject: Fins on sump

Just wondering what the fins are actually used for.
The new engine has a couple of small dents in the fins, but the old 998 was much much worse... almost rounded off at the front.

yeah, the dents in it are pretty superficial. I doubt that they would make much difference to the cooling of it 8)

nah bruh, fins are aerodynamically shaped to make the car go faster
its a "wolf in sheeps clothing" accessory that my bruz all tell me

It has nothing to do with cooling :shock: They are only thier so when you run over cats the blood just drip off rather than creeping up the block and then confuse you why your engine looks reder than normal 8)
