White Knight - Mist Green or Alpine Green. One of those is exactly the same as the 'original' green for roundies.

The S motors were imported and they were painted in the different green of the English mini motors. When they arrived in Sydney they were unpacked and painted with the Australian engine green.
So when you looked at something like the oil filter cannister it was one shade of green on the front and the English green on the back!

The Morris 1100 motors were a bronze/beige colour. My 1100 Auto motor is the bronze/beige with the English green underneath!
The Mini K motors were blue (well the one I had was!)
The 1275LS motor was Black.

My `70 `matic motor was green, that's all I remember. 99H motor. It's gone now, still dragging a blue Clubbie around Sydney somewhere.

Anybody seen a `conveyor blue' spraying enamel coloured auto Clubbie with 998 discs around??? :P
No I don't want it back....!

I painted Barney's A+ motor in `MINI 346' from Mini Car Clinic. I think this is close to the original shade, it matches my old S block. I'm not real happy with my spray job, but at least it looks green.

I think the paint shade that Greg Maleure (Mini Classic) uses on his motors looks far better.
It is Omeron paints (White Knight?) Mini Metallic Green.
B/No on his tin was D118390099/070600.
I'm gonna do Mini-Ha-Ha's motor this colour in a week or two. :P

is that the same as the Alpine Green the guys were discussing in this thread, or another colour again?
