Anything you don't understand just ask, I do it all the time. I normally need it explained like I'm a 2 year old. Don't worry. :)

If you want to learn just generally about how stuff works in the car, go to www.howstuffworks.com and go to the auto section.. I found it very useful... They have heaps of stuff

As long as you remember that the engine is under the front end, and the fuel tank is in the boot, you will do okay :-).

If ya know how to drive the car carefully, top up the radiator, change the oil, and change a wheel, you already know more than a lot of people with cars

For anything else you need to know, this forum, and all these helpful people are here to help

if you know what model your car is your doign well..........

i have idiots who come into Repco and dont even know what model/year their car is

Youll learn heaps by hanging around and just by trying thigns yourself......thats what im trying to do. By all means read books etc but you dont have to do a course.......read and practice and youll leanr in time :D

mini english,
ask questions if you dont know. i got my first car 7months ago and have learnt alot by reading stuff about Mini's on the net, especially the ones on this site. this site is a necessity!
read, if you dont understand, ask questions.
a good thing is to open up "google.com" and type whatever you dont know in there.

How is your Mini going? i remember it was your car who your neighbour hated and had it towed away. is the car safe now?

It's not only guys! Some of us are of the opposite sex.

We had a total of 5 mini lady drivers last night on our club cruise out of a total of 16 cars. Not bad.

There is always room for more.

Come on girls!
