I was wondering if anybody in Adelaide knew which Mini place is the best to go to. I have been to Mini Sport on south road and their prices seemed really high and he tried to rip me off when I got my gearbox re-built. I know of a couple of other places around and I was wondering which were the most honest and helpful.
When I went to Mini Sport for my gearbox re-built he said it would cost around $1400 if I took the car down and got them to do the whole job, or If I took the gearbox out myself and just took that down it would be around $400. So I took it out myself to save a whole lot of money and then he turns around and says it's gonna cost $1300 anyway!!
that's why I don't wanna go back there. Any comments and advice is appreciated.
