Both rear tyres bottom out against the rear wheel arches when carrying passengers on uneven roads so was wondering what options are there for raising the rear.
l know that a set of rear hi los is one option. l am running 12x5 mags with LS rear brake drums
cheers chasg

what size tyres to you have??

I think if you go a 165/60/12 it should be fine, anything fatter than a 60 series can be to big. Do you have hi-los fitted, if not that will fix your problem, or maybe just fit new rubber cones.

usually pair of hi-los go for around $100.

Dont know why yours is so low at the back, most of the dry cars ive had and been in sit to high at the rear and need to be lowed

Car originally had wet suspension with a burst bag when l bought the shell.
After repainting it l tranferred the dry suspension and all parts into it from my 73 clubman

Check the cones on the original suspension haven't given way. They are alloy and can totally collapse. You may want to also check they are seated correctly.

Yer check the Cones..when I pulled mini out of Marcia they had a few holes..with a light tap the brock in half..I have installed Hi-lo's now
Also check the Rubber donuts they may have shat them selves althought its unlikely as normal not to much weight in the back
