Hi
Im curranty building up a round nosse that has been sitting out sideout for a few years with the fuel cap off...the fuel tank is dried out now but im trying to clean out the dried up rust dust, what could i use to flush all the crap out of it?
any ideas?

You could use petrol itself, or metho. Something that will dissolve any crud. Avoid acid stuff, as we know what it does to metal.

Or simply using water (under pressure) could do the trick.
Take it down to the local carlovers - i'm sure they'd love that.

replace it dude. They eventually rust through and leak fuel....very dangerous!

JAM's tank was rusted out when I got him...I replaced it and now it's sweet!

i just used a short length of chain plus some petrol to clean mine not toobad
