I have a job now, except it involves playing sport all day, swimming and occasionally writing on a white board! :? Maybe I dont have a job? :D Best thing is that as soon as it hits 3.20 Im out the door, plenty of time for minis!

Look forward to hearing any alcahol induced comments on ausmini! Be sure to use the right Emoticon, if there is a drunk one!

A guy down the road from me has a Moke with licence plates MOKE. Apparantly a few people have offered him a fair bit of money for those plates. I also knew a guy with a 260Z with 260Z as his plates...

There's a fella in Melbourne with "FORD" on his 32 roadster......hard to work out which is more valuable...the plates or the rod??

I was going to get "MINI ME" and each time I checked it was available but I didn't have the dollars....and then the day I went to get them......GONE!!

I was thinking of getting a custom 6 letter plate, given people were talking circa $300 bucks so I look on the web for the ACT number plates. They want $1867 for a six letter number plate!

I think I've said this before - didn't want clever names and things - anything I thought of was taken anyway - so here in Qld they have a nostalgia series where they re-release the numbers from 40 years ago in the style of plate from the era. So I have old black and white Qld plates with NOW 850 which was originally released in 1963 the year of my Mini - only cost $175
