OH MY GOD!!! found this ad on ebay for motor manual
1978, had a look at it and it had that a Sunshine was in it...well
i just thought it would be a little half page article like all the others
i have with the same pictures.......BUT.....i got it today (along with
another 1275LS review and 998 LS review, but small ones)
and on one full A4 page (not colour though) was a picture of
a Sunshine complete with sunshine sticker, then on the next page
was a full reveiw of one with 3 more photos!! (none of interior but  )
but i am soooo happy.

Also found out from the article that it is actually the rarest Clubman model
and perhaps even entire mini range produced in Australia (excludin outside
factory things like broadspeed etc) as only 360!! were ever made!!
i am sooo happy, would put it up for all too see but i just dont know how
(and yes i know ive been told by at LEAST 4 people on this forum how to do it
but stilll cant   ) also a review on the californian moke...

not like a 8 car special at a motor show

czerial,,,i`ve been in the mini scene since i was born & have viewed & worked on quite a few genuine "Leyland Mini Sunshines"

they were effectivley a tarted up "Leyland Mini S" with the addition of an Australian manufacurered vacuum sealed sunroof.

Mine is really stuffed, (was totalled in a really bad accident & rolled years & years ago by a firend of mine , it was then repaired & i swapped it for a mini station wagon that i`d had for years), & there is some video footage of the sunshine on my gallery page on my web site, racing around lakeside raceway & Echo Valley hillclimb in toowoomba, little red mini sunshine.

one day i`ll fix her up again,

sorry , don`t have any broshures or any more info really, just memories of how they were.

cheers but here`s a pic of my extended moke :-)

sorry but i have lots of stuff to put up on my web site , but don`t know how to do it myself, i`ve had a friend of mine do it for me up till now & now another mate is trying to sort it all for a serious update very soon

other sunshines you have worked on?? i think i have all that
can be had for the sunshine cos i don't think they ever produced a brochure!
