My wife has been 'upset' with me and all the time I spend on my beloved (Mini's).

Today I said "Here are the keys. Take it for a drive and you will understand"

.......................it worked  ............all smiles now.

She even put the booster seat in the back and took our eldest son (2 1/2 year old) for a spin. He was all :D as well.

No other car does it!! :D

Ahem  , there's only so much driving of an unregistered car that can be legally done in the name of getting ready for; or to or from a pink or blue slip.

One other thing to be careful of - if you go for club plates, any one who drives it with your permission (save a mechanic servicing it who is covered under their business insurance) MUST be a member of the same car club you have it registered on. If you have a single membership of MCCNSW and your wife intends to drive it, better upgrade to a family membership this year. 8)
