Thanks Wombat if you could keep me posted & let me know what you want for it and what currency u prefer i.e. Aus $, beer, etc.

I'm not in real hurry for it looking to get one with in 4-6 weeks.

Cheers

I think I have one in the roof space but it is in 2 pieces(was going to use to cut down on heat transfer from exhaust to inlet...). Will have a lookfor you.

I have 998 manifolds....I figured they would do...the ports on the head wouldn't be that much different between 998/1098...would they?

Did they make a special manifold for a 1 1/2 SU???....did 1100s beside Ks have a 1 1/2?

Not cold here....too busy shifting furniture and getting ready for a party tonight.

My 850 will mature gracefully....I am not hurrying the work in deference to its age.

998 Clubbie manifold and HS4 is better than the old 1098's HS2 one.
Morris 1100, and Mini K both had an HS2, 1-1/4". Same as 850 did.
Early 1098 Clubbies had HS2 as well.
850 (UK) and 998 MiniMatics were the first to have an HS4. Worth about 3HP over the HS2, according to the late Clive Trickey.

Wow...once again the Docster shows his stuff!! Coulda sworn they whacked a one nen nah alf on the Ks as a way of boosting powers just like they did for the Autos.

Doc ....do you have a part number cross reference for manifolds??

12A1097 made by a firm called "MOWOG" :? is the one I have for Gadget.

Mick, the 1100S & 1300 auto all got a 1.5, but not the 1098 manuals. 1098 auto, maybe... I dunno.
