Poeee, is there something up with the bit that marks a thread read or unread cause I will read a thread and reload the forum or go back to the index and it still shows up as unread.

Selecting mark all threads read stops it but.... It also seems to be only for the thread you read last before exiting the forum (I might be wrong there)

Sorry to be a pain... :roll:

If you get to the forum via the www.ausmini.com/forums instead of forums.ausmini.com then you should be fine. Update your bookmarks to www.ausmini.com/forums :wink:

The new site can still be got to from 2 different addresses (well they arent much different). So make sure its www.ausmini.com/forum

If it still is playing up, then it's possibly at your end.

Back to the idea of what we want re post ratings, I love the idea of having a rusty shell to start and it gradually builds up. maybe after a few stages it goes to a daily driver, then after that you can choose whether it goes to a concours winner or a racer. i know it will be hard but i think its the best idea!!! you would have to have just a blank background so you could actually see it. assuming the pics will be the same size as the badges.

could go with a graphic that morphs through the following stages

1 = empty garage
2 = bare shell in garage
3 = plus motor
4 = plus doors
5 = plus bonnet and paint job

As you are using gif's you could make them animated from level 1 through to level achieved to date. So someone on level 5 would display the whole resto

Dylan, choosing between the 2 is out of the question, cant do that. Well it can be done, but will have to be done manually with a special rank like the admin one.

That idea of the shell building up, same with WhoDat's, would give it just that extra to make it great. If anyone is willing to give it ago (by making each step), go ahead! It's over my head.
