Went for a drive today in my mini which i bought yesterday not realising the petrol gauge doesnt work when we ran out of perol
I pulled over and couldnt realise why the engine wouldnt start.
Luckily I wasnt far from home so I walked home, got a jerry can and filler her back up.
Anyone know how to fix the petrol gage thing?

I had same problem when I bought mine :D My problem was that I didn't have a voltage regulator plugged into the back of the gauge cluster (silver rectangle thing in this pic)
