 Post subject: new tyre ballance beads

sounds interesting, basic theory is that centrifugal force moves small beads to the correct spot to balance the wheel on the car.. the theory sounds quite ok to me and obviously some people have tryed and found it great... if it works as is says its a brilliant idea... self ballancing self correcting wheels anyone????

From a mob that advertises retreads wouldn't be to sure how well it would work
considering that we normally use several thousand worth of gear to balance tyres
thats just me tho don't trust retreads or anyone that advertises them

truck retreads are great they are resurfacing the highways for free
actually thats an assumption. wouldnt be any point on thr freeway here that you could stand and not see them

This idea was around about 40 years ago. I figure if it hasn't taken hold in that time it doesn't work :?

I would think if centrifugal force flung the beads to the outermost part of the orbiting tyre, it would make it worse, surely!
