i have wanted to go to both F1 and Indy for a very long time, but i always find it (Indy) a bit too expensive. i'll just have to cheer Mark and Nick on from the comfort of my lounge room.

oh poo, that's not fair - and I had Mick's mobile number too .... :cry: :cry: :cry:

I was gonna add that I'll take a heap of flyers and scour the carpark for minis....

(the bit about the pit girls was a lie, I was trying to get on Jan's good side - fat lot of good it did me - in actual fact, I couldn't give a crap about the F1 cars, it was gonna be a pit girl drool fest!)

:lol: I would hope that who ever Mike gave the tickets to would wear a Ausmini T'shirt and get sa lot of Picks with the pit girls...Hay Oz anything new on this front :shock:

Well what started out as me trying to do some Ausminier a favour...turned to custard (so to speak)....I have not had a chance to get on to Ausmini since Tuesday last, thats why I asked Jan to run the "comp".

The grovelling bit was all meant to be a bit of fun and was definately meant to be tongue in cheek.

Poeee claimed the ticket at my Flag Point on the track with James.

Quite sad to see some genuine attempts from Simon and Big willy go un-rewarded....maybe next time (IF there is a next time :roll: )

Sorry if this caused any angst to anyone out there :?

My legs are like jelly....but I have had a terrific 5 days in Melbourne....long hours...and loved getting lost when they blocked off spencer street for a parade!! (NOT!!!!!!).

So sad that Mark Webber didn't get a podium...3rd for a while was great.

PS no ill effects from the fish yet Simon!!! :lol:
