i think not sure but some of them did have an expansion tank
it was metal sat on the pasengerside on the fire wall up high

I have an expansion tank in the inner guard on the LHS wheel arch. Works a treat and have had no probs thus far. Make sure you have the blank cap on the rad to allow the water to pass freely and have the pressure cap(I think mine is a 13 psi??) on the expansion tank.

gave the rad and motor a good flush and only filled to the top of the water level plate, running 10 deg cooler and no losing water.. thanks for the help guys.
