These are the shocks that i have got for the van..
I got a mechanic across the road from my work to
get them, dont know where he got them from but he
said that Koni wernt sending or getting any more here
in AUS??? That is what i was told anyways..
And the van is sitting very high at the moment so i also
am in need of a set of hi - los, and does anyone know where to
get a cheap set from?
Cheers
Daniel

I rang the importer (Proven Products, Albury NSW) and got the same story. Spax prices were off the planet so I got KYB. I noticed that Mini Mania has got rear Konis for Vans on special at the moment. I don't know if they are adjustable though.

Your height problem if it is excessive could be due to using sedan trumpets as they are longer.

My error here. They are adjustable Spax, see here. Good Price though.

okie dokie :)
Ordered my Koni adjustable "Sport" shocks today $270 set fronts, $270 set rear clubman van from Wilkinson Suspension, Perth, WA

Ordered my "Heavy Duty" HiLos from Mincraft (Bayswater, WA Ph 9370 2882) yesterday (here tomorrow)
HD $58something ea plus 2nd hand rear extension bars $10ea $254 the lot.
"Standard" HiLos are $51something ea, don't ask me what the difference is

Hopefully that will give me some negative camber (lowering) so the wheels dont stick outside the flairs quite as much :) oh and it will handle better ;)

Can I put them in myself? Shockies and HiLos? Any special tools required?

Heavy Duty Hi-lo's never Heard o fthem :?: Get a Pickture of them before they go in  I just cant see the reason

Shockies and Hi Lo's are can be done at home but you may need a Cone Compressor for the front

Whats a HS and Rear extension Bars :?

Can I use something other than a "Cone Compressor" to get the fronts out?

You can dismantle the top arm. Personally I'd bludge use of a compressor, but if the threads in the donut rubbers are stuffed you won't have a choice.

I also need to get the old cones out.. Took a look yesterday and
without the compressor tool i dont think its gonna be real easy..
But apart from that the ride afterwards should be pretty sweet,
just need a motor and gear box in there so i dont have to flinstone
it everywhere..

Yes unless you buy new ones... I would fit new ones complete, unless they are new.

Buy new Knuckles..pieace of mind and only $30 for a pair

Fitting a set of Hi lo's without a compressor....Jack car up by the sub fram and axle stands, Undo Everthing regarding to the top arm and the Rubber stop under the same arm (you may need to replace it) you may need to fiddle with a jack to get it out

Jan..I don't see how they are Heavy Duty....I'm Questioning if normal Nuckle wil fit..They look similar to mine from Minispares and they required a sleave to fit :?
