hey lads,

over the weekend i have started building up my 1100,

new cam in, followers, head reco, valve grinding, and a few other little bits,

ARE THEIR ANY SICK PUPPIES THAT ENJOY VALVE GRINDING?

(a good tip....if you cant find a valve grinding sucker to fit the mini size valves....us little velcro patches on either side...works well!!!)

all with help from the GF's father, (very good at it!)

now to fit the GZE supercharged kit....when it all arrives!!!!

blake

(anything u recomend to do while the engine is out???)

cheers!

Blake...how good does it feel...(when you have no majoy time Limit) and you can do the work as it comes.

Mike was looking for a place to remove his engine, Put a New Box on and refit...Its taken a little longer than we both expected but you have to rely on others and they just don't have the same time Line as You.
Today it was all completed with a few unexpected things we did...Nice Looking 940 Heaed....BIG Ports
Block was not flat
Fly wheel was asked to be lightened....with completed Block
Perfarated Radiator..(Mini  ) and if you don't already know I hate Radiator Pull out and Re-install...But I think I may have a sulution to this
Starter Motor..Fring on First start up
Second Start up (to Night)
Start first go..Very 8)
Oil Pissing out of both ends of the Hose..(Mine) Filling the Pump While Setting Tappets
..Very 8) running the cam and followers for the 20 Minutes at 2,000rpm and just Turning a srew 8)
Excellent
All Hunky Doory
Lets see if the Clutch Works
Lets say it might be the mastor

I'm Just saying to be ready for the First Startup not to go As Plained :? But it's dame nice what it does.....
Jill I think you ca also make a few comments on this
But Yes I am a sick Puppy....AS I was one prior to joining Ausmini anyway  8)
