It'll soon be hard to choose between a weekend ride or a weekend drive ;) gotta share the love..I still prefer the mini ;)

I'm scared of that front drum though..i'm sure it works fine...but..yea..just but lol..

Those front drums on 250s worked just fine.. unlike the piddly little ones BSA put on the Bantam! But, those only did 52mph (~80K) downhill..

Doc, do you remember the fella around Coogee/Bondi....

1970s who put a Cortina engine into a Norton Featherbad frame...gearchanges were almost superfluous!! :D

No... but I saw a chopper at the 1994 F1 GP in Adelaide, had a 283 Corvette stuck in it! All painted gold...

Well the single leading shoe drum on my bike stops it I guess..... don't like the prospect of pulling it up in a hurry  My biased opinion is that drums on anything = bad, and 'single leading shoe' is even worse! What possessed Yamaha to put drums all round on my 1982 bike is beyond me.

Doesn't BSA stand for Birmingham Small Arms?

Anto.
