Hi All,

Yep....Ribena now has a nudge bar and next on the shopping list is a pair of driving lights or maybe two sets!!!!

Spent a few hours over the Easter break on a bit of maintenance - adjusted the brakes and greased the rear wheel bearings. This was the first time I've done either job in over a year. Then I got Miss Rodney to fill in the stone chips with the paint on the end of cotton buds. She is very patient :D

Have a look at photobucket and click on the pics of Ribena.

Cheers and beers

looks great, nice score :D

that paint looks like glass, very nice, and those nudge bars actually work well, hit a kangeroo once with mine and had a bar on, didnt leave a mark on the mini at all.

mate the colour is great
have no idea why you called it Ribena though (just kidding)

Miss Rodney is so cute look at her concentrating away
(or maybe she's really really pissed off)

2s' and a Clubman put driving lights on his wife's clubby
drilled holes right through the front bumper
she aint happy, ripped them right off

pity coz i liked them

Tens??? you think???

Looks like an awfully LARGE dish on em... and those tyres are fairly low in profile.... I'd say theyre more like 12's, possibly 13's, with a small centre piece..... Nice wheel, absolutely, never seen anything like it 8)

Yep......they're great looking wheels on a great looking car, think the owner is a friend of Jan Small. I'll send Jan a pm and see if we can get some info.

Yes, doesn't Erin look happy painting them stone chips - think she loves my car more than me at times - the concentration..................

AH crap.. you beat me.. was gonna say it yesterday but forgot.

Yep, the Adelaide "Ribena" mini is a bright purple Morris 850 convertable, with a full LAMM bodykit, 13 inch wheels, custom black and purple interior, and a shorrock blower under the bonnet   ....but unfortunately not driving at the moment.

Hi folks,

I've found out that the lady who owns that great looking Mini used to be a club member. Next time I see her I will get some info about the wheels - but it could be a long time. Hmmmm....wonder if she's going to Minis on the Murray?????

Scott - not your fault about getting me hooked on the old nudge bar, I've wanted one ever since my last Mini all those years ago which had one but couldn't fend off the cement truck. :(

What other name is there for a purple Mini :D can only be Ribena :D

Catchya
