Hi I just bought a new set of Innocenti type flares to replace the cracked ones that were on the car.
The ones that were on there were painted and looked pretty good, but the new ones are standard black plastic.
Do you think i should get these painted the body colour or leave them black?
The car is dark green BTW

Thanks.

Will.

Depends on the look you're after. I reckon I'd probably have them painted but I'm not sure. Can you fit them for a while to see if they look good black, then take em off later if u wanna have them sprayed?

Depends on colour of the car. Dark green- I'd get them painted. Red or yellow, I'd leave `em black, like mine.. :P

Throw away the little self tappers- they RUST badly. I got some SS ones the same size from Bias Boating warehouse for a few bucks. Screw them in with a little grease.
Mine have been on there 6 years now, no rust yet on the screws or in the holes.
