KG Engineering in Melbourne did a 5 & a 6 speed straight cut race box a few years back. They are now no more..

With Hewland gears it would be just like driving a Road-Ranger! (No Syncros) I don't think the ricers would be able to cope!

I grew up on a farm. Dad had a Fergie TEA20 tractor.
p.1 of tractor manual: " Do not attempt to change gear whilst tractor is in motion"... Hmmmm.. not only did I perfect the double shuffle, but also the clutchless shift.. :P and it never broke the tractor!
Next one he bought was a MF 130- the bastard had synchromesh, FFS! No more fun.. :cry:
