most people just write as many words as they can into a title so it is more likely to come up in a search...He probably just wrote 'rare' to get peoples attention and think its worth more than it is.

maybe, but how much extra will R@RE get you on a $10 second hand manual that is listed for more then that anyway..... :lol:
