You can unscrew the black rubber ones.....if what you're talking about is the same as the one a mate of mine USED to have.

He could have then popped the bonnet and used the dipstick to start the car.........had he known. Neat trick!

Yeah heap of neat tricks, there wasnt anything in the falcont to steal. Think when it boils right down it pissed me off that my antenna was broken and they didnt get into the car. Todays thieves are just too damned lazy.

I think there are a lot more vandals than theives around. Annoying things like the fuel cap and aerial being broken/stolen are caused by gangs of homies crusin' down the street to Domino's on their skateboards.

I found my brother's fuel cap in the next door neighbour's front yard. At first I thought that someone nicked it because they needed one.

I bougt my cap from autopro for about $20 i think, its alright.

i reckon the LS antennas are awesome, i ahve a clubby S but i never listen to the radio so its never up.

Harley, if your aerial can slide into the body (car wash?) then i think you will be able to fit a retractable one. do you mean the kind that you push down (fitted to mine, standard?) or one of those ones what goes up by itself when the radio is on? that would be pretty rad

I've got 2 of those caps with the rubber flap, and they both leak bad..
Gotta find something better.

Let's do..i'm sick of cleaning it up evertime I fill, surely there is something we can do!..Only thing i've seen to stop it permanently in the rover screw-in caps..but they don't look too pretty...

Josh,
Have a look at the caps on Brad's car- he got them from Padstow Pirates. Seem to seal better than ours, which get worse as the rubber gets older.
