It would have to be a Club type thing, so that Minin's on club plates could come, unless the new log book rego is in.

A good camera man and a decent setting would produce photo's that have historical interest/value in time.
And in a years time you will probably want to do it again.

I agree.

It would look great in the pages of The Mini Experience magazine as well.

I'll have a word with the editor - I know him quite well....

Oh, come on. Anywhere is within reach of anywhere else in a Mini, as long as 1/ the Mini is well maintained, and 2/ you are not in a hurry.

I've just come back from a three-week jaunt to Brisbane and Sydney in the Mini Van - towing a somewhat overloaded trailer.

Cheers,
Watto.

I know that there are lots of 850s on the register - but how many of them are in a condition to be taken out and photographed - not mine that's for sure.

And, are you looking for real 850s (or do Cooper S replicas qualify ?? :)

Cheers, Ian

I'm just back from o/s - haven't had a chance yet to check on the progress of my 850 which is still in the paint shop after 12 months - if she's painted in time I'd be keen

Greetings all.
I like the idea, but I'm desperatly trying to get my 850 to the Mini's at the mill in Birdwood on Nov 14th. I'de certainly be interested next year if (1) I get this thing running good, and (2) Victoria's within reach from Adelaide.
Cheers Alex.

With these Mini's you do have to keep trying. Good luck with getting to the Mill. If we get this going (which is trying) it would be good to see you next year.

Thanks for your response..

Seeing you know the editor quite well, you may like to ask him from us, front view mini's, how many can you fit in a photo. Any tips.

Condition of your 850 does not matter, if it can get here (even if you have to carry it) it is allowed through the gate to be photographed.

We are looking for 850=YMA2S1 in any condition, (4 wheels would help)

So if you had a Cooper S replica and it started life as a 850=YMA2S1 and it has that ID plate on it, IT'S IN.

Peter & Karen

We would be happy for her to turn up dressed or undressed
She must be desperately looking for a change of scenery by now.

So what's the view on 850 van's?
Chassis Prefix YJBAV.1R

Are these welcome at the 850 gathering or would you prefer sedans only?

Cheers,
Steve
