I am looking for a UK Primary Gear Service Bulletin No GN/92 it was published about 1961 2-3.

It may not have been published in Australia.

Is that the one about converting the early wet tail crank to take the later dry type primary gear?

Don't have copy but I remember it involved punching a .080"? diameter brass plug in when I did it.

Service Bulletin GN/92 was issued by BMC UK. The equivalent BMC Australia Bulletin is C236 (see below). Is this what you are after?
