Has anyone had any success in finding some suitable for the mini radiator and bypass? I have some but are to big... I am tempted to take it to the local welders and get them to cut them and reweild them....

There are a few here

I can't remember the radiator hose clamp size. Maybe 1 1/2inch.
I will be looking to re-do my engine bay soon so I will be getting some as well.

I managed to get a number of spares through parallel sources. Morris 1100 and 1300, Austins etc. Try looking through old bolt buckets at Morris, Austin, and MG garages.

Old clubman heaters have an abundance of utilux clamps on the back, and usually in excellent condition unless there was a leak.

1 1/4" for radiator and 1/2" for heater.

Sounds Good Brett,
Tell the guys doing it to turn the heat right down on the welder to preserve the original plating.
I'm sure they will look fabulous
