Ditto, the biggest you can fit in the box. One proviso, I have twin tanks and wasn't comfortable with the small gap between the battery terminals and the bottom of the RH tank. I chose a battery with the terminals facing away from the tank. Bought it Indonesia and even there had heaps to choose from... |

Pretty sure Optima has both options for most models, terminalsnon left or right |

The Century I bought has models with terminals handed either way |

My best mate is a battery guru and has consulted at a battery factory in Jakarta, the biggest he's seen. I've been tossing up whether I should write a "road trip" thread. It was pretty epic... |

Whatever you buy its definitely worth getting a cetek smart charger. I killed a couple of batteries before I got one. Fit a quick connect in the boot and plug in when not being driven. They even have a program that can resurrect an old battery. Often on sale at supercheap Etc. http://smartercharger.com/battery-charg ... 20US%204.3 Cetek multi 4.3 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I did nrma batts for years. High cca yes and ctec charger yes. Ad long as its a stage charger they are excellent once every 6 months or so or constantly if you can be bothered. A well maintained lead acid will last longer than a calcium 'no maintenance' and most batts can have either facing terminals just get the right height as well. Some are an inch shorter so could be a better fit. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

The jaycar charger are good and I used one for many years but have now upgraded to the Ctek and prefer it for one reason. The Ctek auto restarts when power is shut off or your terminal isn't connected properly (which it should be ) |
