I own a genuine mk 2 s that is an ex police and I am not looking forward to the day when I decide to sell it as every man and his dog will be out to tell me something that is not exactly correct as it left the factory so guess what I will let my kids deal with the problem when I'm gone:)

I don't have a problem with bolt on things not being correct, I have a problem when the body is an 850, Deluxe, K or Matic.

Producing something to assist others in identifying a rare car like a Cooper S was always going to be a community effort. I'm happy to contribute what I have and know but I don't see myself being the author, not at the moment anyway.
