I have finally been able to inspect the badges, and sadly only a few are of the excellent 3D quality shown in the website pics. The others are good quality, very similar to those available on eBay for ~$40 delivered. The surrounds are OK.

I have addressed the matter to Barbara and will await her advice.

Barbara has acknowledged my complaint and said that she would '... speak to her supplier'. Let's see what happens next, but meanwhile if your patience is exhausted and you wish to bail out I will arrange a refund. PM yr bank details.

I think that we all took the risk that they would be what we all wanted , so i think that we all should cop it rather than lump one person with a big financial loss , i'll wait and see what your outcome from the seller will be , but i'm not confident of a positive outcome , so when it's done and dusted you can send me mine .

OK, nothing further from Barbara except that she is following up with her supplier.

So... I will draw names from the hat to allocate the '3D' badges, and others will receive the 'printed' badge (that still looks quite good). I will inform via p.m.'s. The offer of a refund of any monies paid remains.
