I assume many of you will have seen this: https://drivetribe.com/p/QtOM-VC3SriFAo ... ce=organic Arguably closer to what the BMW Mini could have been (or a combo of the two). One commenter mentioned putting in the new Fiesta ST engine (134kw) which I admit was my first thought. |

Yes, there was one a few years ago using new heritage shells and Ford engines from memory. I'll try and find the link.. |

I think the beige car (D13 MNN) is the only one they have actually built, the rest appear to be renderings. The plate on the beige car shows up in the UK DVLA system as being a black 1999 Rover MPi, so my guess is they are buying up scrap MPi cars to 'fit' a new Heritage based car to the number plates and ID stampings... |

"Prices are still to be announced, but DBA maintains Mini Remastered will be highly-exclusive and built in strictly limited numbers." So they're probably prohibitively expensive and trying to make themselves into the british icon version of Singer? Really hoped they would have done something a bit more modern driveline wise |

I think BMW might put a spanner in the works if they start selling them. |

It's looks pretty impressive, for that kind of money though you could build a pretty spectacular Mini with more power. |
