hi there, i recently acquired a clubman van, i am just trying to identify the exact year of it. i have been told it is a 1976 but it has external door hinges and small rear tail lights which i have my suspicions about. i have also found a 'Chassis No' tag on it stating 3299? in photos provided.

thanks for any info.

All Aussie cars have eternal door hinges. The rear lights have been modified and set into the body but look to be the original style lights. It is in NZ?

021 = Mini & Van
G = Van
2V = 1/4 ton van
Next is probably a "1" which is base model trim
M = manual
09 = 998cc engine
5229 is the car number, looks like around early to mid 1976
