Hi Everyone.
I'm hoping to find out if a 1967 Cooper S had flares fitted from fractory or not as I'm doing a resto on my S and I want it to restore it as it came from the factory, it has these flares on it now because it has Contessa mags on now but I'm putting standard Cooper S steel rims back on.
Thanks in advance

Only in South Australia I think and your flares look like after market and are wider.

... and only very late in Mark 1 production were they fitted by S.A. dealers. From the factory your car didn't come with flares.

Thanks for that I have seen them with smaller flares fitted and they seem to be moulded into the guard, are they after market as well ?

The factory Cooper S type are remade by minikingdom. I don't know of any other factory fitted flares for Aussie round nose minis

Seams they're missing. :P

Could be bit of filler under that paint.
