Did these arms come as chromed or were they unchromed or which of the pictured arms should I use?

Pretty sure they were chromed. My old 69 S which has been stored by its current owner since 1982 has chrome ones.

Should be the top ones with the satin grey finish.
ADRs required non reflective wiper arms. I'm not sure what date the ADRs apply from.
My late 68 build S and a 70 MK2 S I had, both had the non reflective wiper arms.
