Administrators & liquidators hate jobs where they don't get paid. This is the only way of recovering their exorbitant fees. The only assets available for sale are other peoples. |

Good point Mick. The Fed. Govt's attitude is don't curtail entrepreneurs just cos they had a bit of bad luck. Ha Ha! The pollies have taken the view that dealing with crooks is just a part of doing business. Caveat Emptor & all that crap. There's a 5 year ban available for shonky directors, but the AAT usually let's 'em off. Yep, its a joke. |
