Do some google searches for Wood and Pickett flares and you can see lots of examples, including with 10" wheels.

I have a set of wood and pickett flares i havent used yet. I got them because you dont need the metal extensions on the body, just a few pop rivets on the edge. They stick out a little over 2 inches i think. I have 10s and the mock up looked good.
