There are a couple of different centre bore sizes for those wheels. You'll need to measure the diameter.

I picked up a couple of spare ones from my local wheel repair shop.

Do you know the diameter of the centre cap opening? There were at least two different sizes and styles over the years.

I have a set of the lower offset ones and one pair is the smaller hole and the other pair the larger hole. My centre caps have the part number 18021012 stamped inside

There are a couple on ebay of one type

You could also try some new Performance brand ones if they match your wheel size

There are some here similar to yours Bill, possibly the top ones are the original type ones as they have the lip where it meets the hub?

That type look similar to the moke ones, 66mm diameter that goes into the wheels

Also the trailer / hub / bearing dust caps are similar, just need to find some the right size?

At one point before getting a set spun, I tried stainless steel kitchen measuring cups from $2 shops. They come in a nest of various sizes but none were close enough for my wheels.

yes there are generally 2x types,,, the "Factory" wheel type (made by ROH for the factory)
& the 2nd type is the ROH brand, made for their own sales purposes.

sorry to whoeve rang us today asking for some, we only have caps for our own wheels & none spre at this stage "Except" one damaged on
we were concidering getting my guy in China to make a batch, but it`s a minimum oeder of 1000x
if someone is keen to buy 500x from them from me straight away then i would certainly concider getting them done :-)

It`s all easy, simple & fun :-)
