Drill the 2 extra head stud holes,
Fit MK 2 S inlet valves, blend ports to suit,
Fit MK 2 S valve springs.

Extra stud holes are already drilled.
How does one blend ports?
Valve springs I understand.
Are exhaust the same as Mk2 S?

Get whoever cuts the valve seats for the S inlet valves to deburr below where the seat meets the port.
Yes exhaust valves and ports are the same as a MK 2 S head.
Or get Graham Russell to do it, he puts a radius job on the seats which blends in to the existing port.
