If you cant find these caps you can use a chrome tow ball cover .not hard to modify them by adding a plate. I am still looking for 1 ROH cap red at the top if I cant find one I will use the tow ball cover and turn up some inserts for the wheel to you have an exact fit.

Just to add to this I have in the past used some stainless steel camping/picnic cups. I found on the next set of contessa wheels that the centres were a different size. Managed to use some stainless salt shakers from my local Woolworths.

I bought a set of Weller wheel caps that fit in from behind the wheel from Minispares. Seem to fit quite well.

I used paint spray can lids that fitted from behind, haven't given any trouble in the 12 or so years of use. Painted them the wheel colour. From memory one had to be shaved down slightly. Had some stickers made for the faces. Job done! k
