Hi guys
Just thought I’d share a new product ( admin please delete or move if in the wrong location)
For those who wish or have tried to mount there engine on a traditional engine stand we have developed an adaptor to make life a lot easier
This adapter replaces the traditional pivot tube and mounting fingers with a one piece unit that bolts to the engine via the oil filter mounts and the alternator / generator mounts
It has been designed to fit both A and A+ series engines
There are a couple of retailers selling them ( not sure if I’m allowed to mention names so I won’t)
Msg me for details
Not sure how to post pics sorry

Nice job, let me suggest version2 has bolt retention washers so they never ever get separated. I'm still looking for my long bolts for the std engine stand and fear they're holding the kids swing together.

Oldish thread but how have people been mounting the engines so that the front of the engine is accessible? Ie is there a similar adaptor that goes on the exhaust stubs or somewhere?

I think you would just leave all the front accessories until it’s off the stand and on the floor or in the car?
