i have a MED vernier one. Nice bit of gear. Can't remember the brand of chain but seem to recall it being German.

I use the rollmaster adjustable set - cheap, adjusts to where the cam is meant to go, turns the cam

I found the rollmaster keyways confusing, I used an offset cam key instead.

There is a nice How To on here for the rollmaster. I have used them a few times, good once you get your head around all the slots!!

Rollmaster done my head in until I finally worked it out .They dont supply good enough instructions but they are a good set and are available for tunnel bored blocks.
