I am building a pressure bleeder for my mini so i can bleed the brakes by myself. I need a cap for the reservoir i feel bad drilling thru this one and installing a hose fitting on it. Any suggestions? I also need the rubber inside the cap

One trick was to clamp a block of thick rubber over the tank. Some pressure bleeders kits came with one.

I tried to do the same but drilled the hole in the centre of a used cap. Problem was the schrader valve sat too close to the bonnet gutter to get an airline chuck onto the valve. Might work if you used a bicycle pump to pressurise the reservoir.
